After getting excited about the revamp of Food & Wine Mag, I took a pause after reading (and responding to) a tweet about adding some lady chefs to the panel:
I thought about some of the issues that women have had, not just in the culinary world, but in the film world, business world, etc. and decided to put a question out there: “Why don’t we see & hear more about the work of high-end female chefs?” Have a listen to my vlog and voice your opinions!
