INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup pistachios, toasted
¼ cup melted butter
¼ cup brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch salt
1/3 cup flour
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Roughly chop the pistachios and place in a bowl. Add the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and flour and press together with your hands until the mixture forms small clumps. Spread out onto a solid tray.
Bake for 5-8 minutes until golden and fragrant. Cool completely.
