RECIPE: Vanilla Bean Milkshake

Serves 4


INGREDIENTS


1 cup cold whole milk

1 fresh vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped

3-½ cups good-quality vanilla ice cream

4 prechilled glasses, mason jars, or mugs and straws


PREPARATION

  1. Place the milk, vanilla seeds and ice-cream in a blender. Blend on high until smooth for about 12 seconds.

  2. Divide evenly among the glasses and serve immediately for the best taste.
